The UK is not the only one to release UFO files and acknowledge existence of life beyond. This in its self is a rolling tarball, information is being declassified. why would the Federation of the Universe be organized in 88 constellations that can only be observed from earth?
Observed from any other place in the universe the constellations disappear. They are not made up from clusters of stars that are all at the same distance from earth, Some stars in one constellation are much further away from Earth than others.
If you chance the position of the observer all the connections disappear.
So why would the Federation of the Universe organize itself according to this 'earthly' viewpoint?

About 90% of the planet believes in a higher power of some sort. I Don't! I believe in tangibility but also give rise to possibilities. It is possible that Nibiru is real. But if it is it will also be visible to the naked eye by June of 2011. It could even be possible that god exists but if so I am willing to bet he will nothing more than an alien who seeded this planet with life billions of years ago for possibly research or maybe his people were good enough to calculate their own hardships as their society grew and we could be nothing more than a food source to them.
